“Our 3-day stay at the Best Western Mission Bay was wonderful. Our rooms were clean, well equipped (refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, hair dryer), and quiet. The continental breakfast was nice, and we loved the sparkling pool, and hot and steamy spa. The front desk staff was friendly and they provided a sheet with directions to attractions, stores and restaurants, which gave us an endless assortment of eats nearby. When we asked about a buffet restaurant that we heard about, they gave us menus with maps to the Hometown Buffet. The hotel is easily accessible from Interstate 5 which connects you to everything. Parking is free, so get your spot early. For an economical stay in a perfect San Diego location, this hotel gets two thumbs up.”

“My sons and I stayed the night during a quick trip down to SeaWorld. The hotel room was clean and everything was in working order. We did not have any problems with noise, and the close proximity to SeaWorld let us take a break in the afternoon and then go back for fireworks. We also found some fast food nearby that was cheaper than SeaWorld for dinner.”

“I’m glad we stayed here. The hotel is very convenient to I-5 so getting around was easy. We have 2 teenage boys so the continental breakfast saved money and the refrigerator and microwave allowed us to buy snacks and keep restaurant leftovers. The pool and hot tub were a plus. The staff and management were very responsive, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. If you're on a budget like we were, it's a great value hotel.”

”I stayed here for 2 nights in April, 2007 and found the Mission Bay Inn to be a very good hotel with a friendly staff. It was easy to find for an Australian driving on the wrong side of the road. The room was very clean and easily accommodated our family of 4, and the beds were comfortable. The 5-minute drive to Seaworld is a bonus. Breakfast was fresh and filling with juices, cereal, toast, donuts, muffins and tea/coffee. We also enjoyed the pool. This is a perfect family hotel!”
